Potential Fire

Description

While driving North on the I5 I witnessed what appeared to be smoke coming from this Facility. I pulled off the I5 onto Hwy 269 and called the air district I explained to them that I noticed that the bottom of the "Smoke stack" was turning darker brown (Complaint#: C-2403-001). I received a phone call from the air district to obtain additional information and was told that there was a possibility of this being vapor. I asked that they please do their due diligence and come out to the site to inspect. The inspector is going to be reaching back out to me with an update later today
